About Me
My name is Raine (pronouns are she/her) and I am a local artist and designer born and somewhat-raised in Austin. I have lived in El Paso, New Jersey and Albuquerque throughout my life due to my ever-restless family always craving adventure in new places.
I enjoy working out, going on nature hikes, watching scary movies and reading as many books as I can. You can usually find me in a coffee shop with my laptop and a large latte hyper fixating on whatever project I am working on. I have been creating artwork ever since I could hold a pencil and decided to start taking commissions when I was a freshman in college. I attended UT Austin and graduated in 2021 with my Bachelor of Arts in English and a certificate in Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship.
Ever since graduating I have been learning the ins and outs of freelance designing and worked briefly as an art teacher for Cordovan Art School. I currently work as a visual designer at Modernize Home Services and I absolutely love it! I get to exercise my creative side and collaborate with engineers and marketing teams. No matter what, I always continue to learn and grow — to be a better human and a better designer.
