Billify App Design

Billify was part of my team’s entry during the Women in Computer Science Hackathon hosted at UT during the spring semester of 2021. Billify simplifies healthcare and allows users access to their hospital bill as an itemized list. Within the itemized list, users can see which procedures are covered by insurance and receive reminders on when to pay their bills so they’re paid on time. I was inspired by this idea after having an appendicitis and feeling confused during the billing process, I realized there was a need for a more organized structure regarding the healthcare system and communication with patients.

I worked to create Billify’s style sheet and made wireframes and mockups of the application using Figma while our other team members worked on the backend.
